Thanks for the quick work, Alireza. I have one comment – The first recommendation, re the use of exponential back off is not actually a comment on simulation. What we want is for them to incorporate backoff into their technical solution for LAA. Perhaps the liaison
needs to have one section for this technical comment, and another section for comments on their proposals simulation parameters/scenarios.
