At the 30 Nov 2015 802.19 Coexistence Test Methodology conference call I took the action to circulate IEEE SA Copyright Policy. 

 

The policy is defined at IEEE SA Bylaws section 7 https://standards.ieee.org/develop/policies/bylaws/sect6-7.html#7.1 and explained at https://standards.ieee.org/ipr/copyright.html. If you have further questions, please let me know.
