Attached is the current schedule for IEEE 802 hosted Interim Session in Atlanta, January 2016.  This schedule is now posted at http://802world.org/attendee

We invite you to share this schedule with your WG.

 

We ask you also share the following information with the individuals who are chairing each meeting:

 

1. Please Note: The default input for the IEEE 802 projectors is VGA. If you do not have a VGA video output on your presentation computer you will need to bring a VGA dongle.
2. Food & Beverage:   Please ask your attendees to limit their consumption to one serving at each break.
3. Social:  There is not a “typical”  IEEE 802 social.  However on Wednesday from 6 to 7:30 pm the Hyatt Regency Atlanta is hosting a casual networking reception.  Limited light refreshments are planned.  Drink tickets are included with your name badge.
4. Registration opens at  6 pm on Sunday in Centennial Foyer.
