[802.19] Sub 1GHz IG July meeting change time for Thursday

Hi all interested in the Sub 1 GHz Interest Group!

It has been pointed out that the Thursday AM1 time slot collides with 802.18, and several people attending 18 are interested in Sub1GHz coexistence also. So we are moving to PM1 on Thursday.  If you plan on participating in the IG, please let me know if this creates a conflict.
