Re: [802.19] Please vote YES on CA Process Document

Hi Bob,
I would have to say that voting yes is not the right answer.

We agreed during the debate in Hanoi that the bullets should be "should's" but the last sentence changes them to "Shalls" which should not be in the Chairs Guidelines.
So that last sentence should not be there.

Also the last bullet of the list which was contentious in the debate, points out that we are asking past the mark.
I would agree with a yes if the last bullet and the last sentence were removed.

So I would ask for all those that have not voted, to vote disprove, and for those that may have already voted yes to reconsider and vote no.
Respectfully,
Jon

Hi All

I just wanted to personally remind everyone that this ballot closes tomorrow.  It is not perfect, but it provides much needed guidance on what should be in a CAD. It is a significant step forward from where we are, and should provide a better assessment of potential coexistence issues.

If you have not voted, please vote YES now.

The document is provided at

Polling closes on  1-Oct-2019.
