Early Departure Fee: No early departure fee will apply if a Meeting attendee checks
out prior to the confirmed checkout date. Please do your best to inform
the hotel as soon as possible if your dates of stay change.
Traveling To/From Hawaii, USA Information
Please
take the steps to determine if you require travel documentation to
attend a particular IEEE 802 Session. The requirements change from time
