[802.19] Draft spectrum statement motion on RR-TAG Weekly teleconference tomorrow

Dear all,

After work in the IEEE 802.18 ISUS Ad-hoc and subsequent discussions on 
the .18 reflector, and two .18 weekly teleconferences, and offline 
discussions with the major contributors to the final text, we're at the 
point where the draft spectrum statement is ready to be motioned.

The rev12 of document 18/23-0015 is posted on the .18 mentor:
