[802.19] FCC seeks comments on recommendations approved by the WRC Advisory Committee

Dear 802.18 members,
cc. 802.11, 802.15, 802.19 members,

For your information.

On 12 April 2023, FCC Office of International Affairs began a 10-day consultation that asked public opinions on recommendations approved by the WRC Advisory Committee.  Since the comment submission deadline is 21 April 2023, we will not call for any submission as we will not have any sufficient time to ask IEEE 802 LMSC to review and consider approval.

For this over-400 page document, one potential interest is the FCC's position on WRC-27 agenda items.  For example:
1)  You can refer to, e.g., page 47, about the frequency bands of interest for 6G (which is 7.125 GHz to 15.35 GHz)
2)  You can refer to, e.g., page 186, about a proposal that studies technical and operational issues and regulatory provisions for adding inter-satellite service allocation in the frequency bands 3700 MHz to 4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925 MHz to 6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) for non-GSO user space stations operating at lower orbital altitudes, in communication with GSO satellites in the fixed-satellite service.
