[802.19] FYI. China MIIT shares more details on 6 GHz

In the recent 9th Asia-Pacific Spectrum Management Conference (https://spectrummanagement.asia/), a delegate of China MIIT shared more details on its plan for the use of the 6 GHz band.  In summary:

a)  They may consider part or all of the 6425 MHz to 7125 MHz band for IMT

b)  They may consider 5925 MHz to 6425 MHz for industrial internet applications.
