On 16 February 2023, Canada RABC issued a consultation that asks for opinions on the draft document, RSS-247, issue 3, "Digital Transmission Systems (DTSs), Frequency Hopping Systems (FHSs) and Licence-Exempt Local Area Network (LE-LAN) Devices".  As per info provided by Canada RABC, Canada ISED is mainly seeking comments on the requirements for the 5850-5895 MHz band associated with the publication of SMSE 012-22 Decision on the Technical and Policy Framework for Radio Local Area Network Devices in the 5850-5895 MHz Band and for Intelligent Transportation Systems in the 5895-5925 MHz Band.
