In p.3, where you have “The candidate band, the 6 GHz band, is expected to secure multiple channels to achieve the maximum 10 Gbps of the Wi-Fi 6 standard.”, I would translate
like “For the candidate band, 6 GHz band is assumed since that band is expected to secure multiple channels that each achieves a maximum 10 Gbps of Wi-Fi 6 standard.”
In p.4, where you have “In September 2023, the Japan MIC implemented the use of 5925 MHz to 6425 MHz band for shared use, which contributes to a bandwidth of over 0.5 GHz.”,
I would translate like “In September 2022, MIC implemented the use of 5925 MHz to 6425 MHz band as a wireless LAN band in shared use with the existing wireless systems, which further expanded the wireless LAN band for 0.5 GHz.”
For the sentence in p.5, to be precise, “… to make additional allocations for 5G, WLAN, and mobile broadband satellites based on …” should be “… to secure new frequencies to
introduce new wireless systems such as non-geostationary satellite communication system for mobile phones, HAPS and V2X, in addition to allocate additional frequencies for 5G, WLAN and mobile broadband satellite communication systems (ESIM) based on …”.
In p.6, FY2025 in the first bullet should be FY2023, and FY2026 in the third bullet should be FY2024!

Following the consultation in September 2023, the Japan MIC announced the publication of the final frequency realignment action plan:

On 22 September 2023, Japan MIC began a consultation that asks public opinion on its updated frequency realignment action plan.
Of particular interest to us are WLAN:
1) For IoT/wireless LAN systems, the goal is to secure a bandwidth of +1 GHz. The candidate band is 6 GHz band, which is expected to secure multiple channels to achieve
the maximum 10 Gbps of the IEEE 802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6) standard.
2) The administration is considering ways to further expand the use of the 5 GHz band (5.2 GHz/5.6 GHz band) and 6 GHz band wireless LAN frequencies while preventing interference with other wireless systems. The plan is to gradually compile the direction
from around the end of FY2025.
3) Regarding the use of narrowband devices in the 6 GHz band and outdoor use of wireless LAN, the administration will consider technical conditions, including the possibility of frequency sharing, while paying attention to trends in other countries.
4) The administration will continue to examine technical conditions such as frequency sharing related to the expansion of the frequency band to the 6.5 GHz band (6425 MHz to 7125 MHz), including outdoor use of wireless LAN, and will examine trends in other
countries and IMT specific candidate frequency bands in WRC-23 (i.e., 7025 MHz to 7125MHz). The administration will compile technical conditions by around FY2026.
