On 23 May 2024, Philippines National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) will organize a public hearing with the objective in amending Section 2 of the Memorandum Circular No. 03-05-2007 to allow HIPERLANs and RLANs to operate at: (a) 5925 MHz to 6425 MHz at a maximum 25 mW eirp for indoor and outdoor use; (b) 5925 MHz to 6425 MHz at a maximum 250 mW eirp for indoor use;
