[802.19] Nomination for Chair and Vice Chair candidates are now open
Dear 802.19 members,
With this email, the nomination for Chair and Vice Chair candidates
are now open.
Timeline
a) Nominations are due by the end of Friday, 6 March 2026, AoE.
b) Chair and Vice Chair candidates will be announced prior to the
opening meeting on Tuesday, 10 March 2026.
c) Candidate introduction and Q&A are scheduled at the opening meeting.
d) Elections, using DirectVoteLine, are scheduled at the closing
meeting on Thursday, 12 March 2026.
Nomination process
If you would like to self-nominate yourself for either Chair or Vice
Chair position, please send your self-nomination to both Christy
(c.bahn@xxxxxxxx) and me (tbaykas@xxxxxxxxx).
If you would like to nominate an individual for either Chair or Vice
Chair position, please send your nomination to both Christy
(c.bahn@xxxxxxxx) and me (tbaykas@xxxxxxxxx), copying the individual
(i.e., the nominee). The nominee then please reply to Christy and me
to confirm that they accept this nomination.
All potential Chair and Vice Chair candidates are required to submit
their letters of endorsement and disclosure of affiliation to the IEEE
802 LMSC Recording Secretary as soon as possible. Please visit the
