[802.19] P802.19.3a WG CRG meeting

The WG recirculation has commenced for P802.19.3a.  The CRG will meet as follows:
Wed 1.5 hour,  16:00 PT Wed/ 19:00 ET Wed/08:00 Thr JST Commence August 5/6 to continue weekly until all CRG business is completed, excluding while the 802 Wireless interim session is occurring.   
I expect only one call will be needed, 5/6 August, prior to the 802 Wireless interim. We will cancel calls if there are no agenda items.
Note: 802 LMSC teleconference 11-Aug. Intend to seek unconditional approval to initiate SA ballot. The SA ballot pool invitation is open, and closes 15-August.  This enables initiation of SA initial ballot which will close in the middle of our interim session.  We can begin before the close with the comments received as of our Monday meeting, and continue after the close as well on CRG calls.
