Attached is the draft Table of Contents for the Requirements Document. I have tried to keep it at a very high level but added some sub-bullets from the previous contributions to the group.

We will go over this document and any edits on Wednesday from 8.00-9.00 am PST, (which is 11.00am-12 pm Eastern time and 10-11 am central time).
