stds-80220-requirements: A general comment in the section 4.4.1 QOS
In this section we have comments that read "as defined by the RFC 2597 and
RFC 2598"
1- we need to include the title of the RFC as part of the text
2- Do we want to create a "Applicable" documents section? This section
needs to define, if there is a disrepancy between this document and the
referenced document, this document takes precidence.
we also have comments like "based on a subset of the information model
defined in RFC 3289." We need to be specific about which subset, or what
features make up the subset.
We also have comments like "shall be supported by 802.20 include: Meters,
Markers, Shapers, and Droppers, as described in RFC 2475." If you use the
words "...include.." it appears that we have an open ended statement. We
need to say, "items x, y and z from RFC AAAA will be implemented." Less
amibuity is better.
