I have been working on a comprehensive proposal for a modified/new text of the SRD's sections 4.1.2 and 4.1.3. My plan is to submit this proposal as a contribution to the next 802.20 meeting as it contains important elements which require a debate and approval by the entire working group. I would like to share this document with the Requirements CG early next week and suggest that we plan to discuss it, and hopefully endorse an agreed upon version, in the Dec-11 conference call.
