During the November 2002 session held in Kauai, Hawaii, a tutorial meeting on handoff was held. Further details can be found here.
During the March 2003 session held in Dallas, Texas, a call for interest meeting to discuss the formation of a group to address 802 wide handoff was held. This meeting led to the formation of the IEEE 802 Handoff executive committee study group.
The following documents will (Once I locate all the documents) include those presented at the Handoff tutorial and Handoff call for interest sessions that preceeded the formation of the study group.
The list is currently incomplete.
