This is a per user configuration. Try going to http://listserv.ieee.org, and seeing if you can navigate the user interface.

I get [802.21] in the subject since it's in my personal config.

Is there a plan to tag the subject line ([802.21] or some such) so it is possible to distinguish (visually) and filter appropriately

(though it can be done other ways too) – as is convention with other lists nowadays?
