WLAN in 3GPP & Network Access Development at IETF

Hello,

I found two presentations held recently regarding standardization activities
in 3GPP and IETF around heterogeneous networks. It could be interesting for
802.21 as background information. The slides are in English, even though the
actual page is in finnish, the links to the slides are about at the middle
