Thank you for your suggestion. 

Regarding the technical topics, the minutes basically do not include names of speakers, except for movers and seconders. If a speaker would like to record his name and specific comments in the minutes, he could instruct the secretary to do so.

I just found previous plenary meeting minutes from the .21 website.
After looking over the minutes, I thought that denoting name of the specific
comment
would be helpful in enhancing and completing the meeting minutes.
