[Fwd: [802SEC] Indemnification memo]

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to bring to the notice of all 802.21 members the memo written by Paul Nikolich, IEEE 802 Chair, regarding the issue of IEEE policy on indemnification.

If any of you have any questions regarding this matter, I would be happy to take them to the appropriate IEEE individual, or you can directly contact Paul Nikolich at p.nikolich@ieee.org.

Please circulate the attached memo on indemnification to your Working Group and Technical Advisory Group participants as soon as possible.  As you are all aware, this is an important subject that all members should be aware of.  If there are any questions, I will attempt address them directly or solicit input from the appropriate legal resources in the IEEE SA.
