Vivek,
Understanding the general remit of both projects, I would
entirely agreee with you, that IEEE 802.22 should support 802.21,
otherwise it will not conform with the rest of the wireless 802
technologies.
Since a large majority of the 802.22 MAC layer re-uses parts of
802.16, I don't see any problem in them doing this.
I would advise that this could be a suitable question for the
next 802 ExCom in July.
