Too true.
But a very good question to ask when identifying an Operator ID
administrator is capacity to support both ITU allocation (ITU-R E.212
format) as well as random allocation to support license exempt deployments.
Narrows down your choices pretty fast. Look very closely at your
requirements, then make a choice. You may be surprised at where you arrive.
