Subject:        Internal Draft Review

Dear all,
        We agreed during the TGu meeting last week to start an internal review
of the baseline draft document D0.02.

This is open to anyone who is interested, as the more comments we receive at
this stage the better. There is no voting required at this stage, although indication
of whether you have a technical or an editorial comment would be appreciated.

I would suggest that we finish this internal review by 5th January 2007 23:59 ET,
which will then allow time for all the comments to be consolidated before the
January 2007 meeting.
