2.txt has been released within the IRTF MOBOPTS group. The draft is from
the team which presented to the 802.21 WG sometime ago on the benefits
of the even service. This draft takes the point of view of meeting the
requirements in the IAB informational ID about link indications. This
work references up to the link-indications-05. The current revision is
-08.

Hello Folks,

Here is the revised version of the "L2 Abstractions for L3 Handovers"
draft.
The authors believe that they have addressed all the issues raised
during and around San Diego meeting. The draft has undergone two good
reviews by the RG. I would like to move this ID forward towards an IRTF
RFC. Please discuss if you have any input by March 16.
