A total of 471 comments
have been received. All the consolidated
comments have been placed in the commentary file
21-07-0075-00-0000-LB_1c_Comments.USR in the LB-1c sub-folder under

Comment Resolution. Members are strongly
encouraged to submit Reply comments. The deadline for
submitting Reply comments is Feb 27, AOE. Members are also urged to
submit any other contributions that would help with resolution of these
comments during the March Orlando meeting. The deadline for
submitting these contributions is March 08, AOE Also all the Editorial
comments in the draft are assigned to the Editor for resolution. If you feel any Editorial
comment needs to be Technical please let us know before the March meeting (Mon
