URGENT REMINDER:  IEEE 802 September 2007 Wireless Interim Session

 

Good morning All,

 

Please send an email message to your Working Groups with regards to the following important IEEE 802 Wireless September 2007 Interim Session details.

 

The IEEE 802W early registration deadline and hotel reservation deadline are approaching.

Please encourage your meeting participants to BOOK TODAY.

 

 

To Potential All IEEE 802 Wireless Attendees:

 

MEETING DATES: September 16-21, 2007

 

1.)     Hotel Reservations: 

Book TODAY!  The Hilton Waikoloa still has guest rooms.

Room Reservations Cut-off Date is: Thursday August 16, 2007.

 

Reservations Methods:

  1. Reserve room online by clicking on the "Hotel Web Reservations" link on the left side of this page.
  2. To request a reservation at the Hilton Waikoloa Village, please call 1+800-HILTONS (1 800 445-8667) and request room reservations for the IEEE 802 Wireless Interim Session, September 12-21, 2007 and Group Code: IE8.
  3. Call the hotel directly at (808) 886-1234 and ask for in-house room reservations. Request room reservation for the IEEE 802 Wireless Interim Session, September 12-21, 2007, and Group Code: IE8.
  4. No FAX room reservations will be accepted.

 

2.)     Registration:

The registration fee structure for this session is as follows:

  • $650.00US Before 6pm Pacific Time (PT), Friday, August 3, 2007 (UTC Time: 1am Saturday, August 4, 2007)
  • $850.00US After August 3, 2007 and before 6pm Pacific Time (PT), Friday September 7, 2007 (UTC Time: 1am Saturday, September 8, 2007)
  • $1000.00US After September 7, 2007.
