I am circulating the text of the draft PARs and their attendant five criterion under the 30-day rule. Attachment 802.20.3 contains the PAR Standard for Minimum Performance Characteristics of 802.20 Terminals and Base Stations and its five criterion. Attachment 802.20.2 is the PAR for Protocol Implementation Conformance statement (PIC) Pro-forma. The five criteria for this PAR is in the third attachment.
