Michael,

Would it be reasonable to discuss instead the "network selector entity" (NSE) as the exemplar network agent and then to later say that ANDSF is a possible implementation of that NSE?

Hi Behcet, All,

In 08-159 Radio State for MRPM, there is assumption that ANDSF is generally available for use with WiMAX networks. However, there is no ANDSF or reference point in the WiMAX architecture. How do we reconcile this?
