Xiaoyu has been our WG Secretary from the
very beginning and has helped out tremendously over the last four years. On behalf of 802.21 WG I would like to
thank Xiaoyu for all his efforts and wish him the very best in his future endeavors
(in 3GPP!). Also if anyone else is interested in WG Secretary
