802.21a March meeting plan
Based on the discussion in Feb-16 teleconference
(please refer to DCN 21-10-0042-00-0sec for the tentative
minutes), it appears that none of the existing proposals
that were submitted in response to the 802.21a Call for
Proposals and have been revised until January 2010 can be
directly included in 802.21a draft specification no matter
what kind of texts are generated. On the other hand, there
is an ongoing ad-hoc effort among active contributors to
come up with a summary of proposals containing basic
approaches that can be more acceptable than the existing
proposals.
Here is March meeting plan:
o There will be no down-selection in March Plenary meeting.
o In March Plenary meeting, we will discuss revising
document development plan based on summary of proposals.
