All, I believe these are good comments, so I’m forwarding them to everyone
interested in 802.21b Broadcast Services. I’d like to discuss these points during this meeting Wednesday’s
AM1 slot, so I’ll amend the 802.21b agenda accordingly. Regards, Juan Carlos 802.21b Chair From: Zuniga, Juan Carlos
Hi Vivek, Thanks for sending your comments. I agree with your views and
I’d like to address this issue during the meeting. Having a joint proposal is a very good start, but we are still
far from having the amendment ready. Regards, Juan Carlos From: Gupta, Vivek G
[mailto:vivek.g.gupta@xxxxxxxxx] HongSeok and All, Below are some of my comments on this and apologies for getting
them out late. Would like to see some text for sections 5 and 6 of the current
802.21 draft: a] Basically, what does the broadcast architecture look like, what
are the key components, system description and how are handovers performed in
this scenario? b] This should be followed by what 802.21b is trying to accomplish,
its justification and key high level components of the proposal/solution. c] And finally the stage-3 text should follow which for most part
you already have. However without the first two parts the third part by itself does
not give the complete picture. Best Regards -Vivek From: Hongseok Jeon
