Visa to India for participants applying from China
Dear participants from China,
As I mentioned in the previous email, my colleague Dr. Nadeem Aktar has met the Indian embassy officials in Beijing, China. He will be in China until tomorrow, and will meet the Indian embassy officials again tomorrow (April 21, 2010) morning at 10.00 AM Beijing, China time. He was asked by the embassy officials to provide the names of people with passport details and other information by tomorrow. Therefore, I would suggest you to send the visa invitation letter generated by you as a pdf attachment to Nadeem, who is copied here indicating the city of the Indian Embassy in which you are going to submit your visa application. Email ID is nadeem@xxxxxxxxxxxx, nadeem.akhtar@xxxxxxxxx. Please send the email from your company email ID before today night. Please cc me as well. You can also contact him before 10.00 PM Beijing time today in the following phone no. in China 13468995845.
I also request the persons who read this email to inform the other participants from China in your company to ensure that they read this email and send the invitation letter to him.
