IEEE 802.21 Letter Ballot #4

Dear IEEE 802.21 Voting Members, 

With this email, the IEEE 802.21 Working Group is officially beginning 
WG Technical Letter Ballot #4 (LB#4), which is a ballot on the question 
"Should IEEE P802.21b D01 be forwarded to Sponsor Ballot?".

This Ballot opens Monday,  August 09, 2010 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA 
(11:59PM) and will close 30 days later on Wednesday, September 08, 2010 
at 23:59 (11:59pm) Anywhere On Earth (AOE).

The instructions and 'Voter List' for 802.21 Letter Ballot #4 can be

If you believe that you are a IEEE 802.21 voting member and your name
