In the last 802.21d teleconference, there was a comment about multiple references for each of Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability definitions. After checking the references, I noticed the CIA definitions in FIPS 199 and FIPS 200 actually refer to 44 U.S.C. document. So I think we can simply keep the reference to 44 U.S.C. document and remove the references to FIPS 199 and 200 documents from the 802.21d requirements document. What do you think? Yoshihiro Ohba
