With this email, the IEEE 802.21 Working Group is officially beginning WG Technical Letter Ballot #6 re-circulation (LB6b), which is a ballot on the question "Should IEEE P802.21c™/D03 be forwarded to Sponsor Ballot?".
This Ballot opens Friday, April 26, 2013 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59PM) and will close 15 days later on Saturday, May 11, 2013 at 23:59 (11:59pm) Anywhere On Earth (AOE).
