This notification is to advise you that the the invitation period to enroll in the ballot group for P802.21c Standard for Local and metropolitan area networks -- Part 21: Media Independent Handover Services Amendment:Optimized Single Radio Handovers is still open. We have not received a response from you and we want to make sure that you are not inadvertently left out of the balloting group for this project. Please log on https://development.standards.ieee.org/my-site/open-ballot-invitations and select "Show/Join Open Ballot Invitations" to join the balloting group in formation.
