With this email, the IEEE 802.21 Working Group is officially beginning WG Technical Letter Ballot #7a (LB7a), which is a ballot on the question "Should IEEE P802.21d™/D02 be forwarded to Sponsor Ballot?".
This Ballot opens on Tuesday, October 01, 2013 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59PM) and will close 21 days later on Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at 23:59 (11:59pm) Anywhere On Earth (AOE).
