The easiest route between the hotels is from Conference Hall Foyer in China World along the side walk to Traders.  It is about a 3 minute walk. You can also go through the mall which takes longer.

The doors to Conference Hall Foyer in China World will be open Sunday evening from 5pm 10:30pm and daily from 7am to 10:30pm.

Reminder:  Lunch is included with registration.  Lunch is daily from 12 - 1:30pm in Conference Hall A & C.

There is no coffee service in the EC meeting on Monday.  The break on Monday AM is at 10:30 to 11 am in Conference Hall Foyer.  PM coffee at Traders will be located in Level One East.

For the remainder times locations are:

Conference Hall Foyer at CW

Grand Ballroom Foyer at CW (note no coffee service on Arcade Level)

Main Lobby - Level 1 West Wing and Level 1 East at Traders

AM Break 10-10:30am 

PM Break 3:30-4pm

There is a work room for EC members located in VIP 2 (located off the Grand Ballroom Foyer). You are also welcome to soft drinks, water, coffee & tea located in Function Room 11 (F2F office).
