Dear Members, IEEE 802 EC has approved P802.21c draft D7.0 to forward to RevCom. I will add this to RevCom's continuous processing agenda for May, 2014. My special thanks to TG Chair Anthony Chan and editor Charlie Perkins and several other members who worked hard to make this happen.
IEEE EC has also confirmed the WG Chair as Subir Das and Sponsor has appointed Charlie E. Perkins as temporary WG Vice Chair until July plenary when we expect to have a Vice Chair election. Let us congratulate Charlie for serving the WG.
