With this email, the IEEE 802.21 Working Group is officially beginning WG Technical Letter Ballot #7c (LB7c), which is a ballot on the question "Should IEEE P802.21d™/D04 be forwarded to Sponsor Ballot?".
This Ballot opens on Friday, April 25, 2014 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59PM) and will close 15 days later on Saturday, May 10, 2014 at 23:59 (11:59pm) Anywhere On Earth (AOE).
