Pete Anslow volunteered to run simulations to check the impact of using rapid alignement markers (RAM) but needs information from Mark. They agreed to meet offline.

There was a question regarding what would be presented in January - Mark will present the new information as an update on the work
When discussion on Mark's slides concluded, Hugh presented "Options for EEE in 100G" in EEE_options_v1.pdf
Looking for PHY experts to provide feedback
There was a question regarding how link partners would select the "fast start" option. Hugh said it should be done using LLDP.
