Hi, John - Would it be possible for me to get a User ID / Password even if I have not been actively participating. I have been working with Roy Cideciyan and Mounir Meghelli so could probably get it from them as well, but let me know!

A round of applause for Adam and the Editorial Team (Hugh, Matt, Chris D) in pulling together this draft!
 
I would like to take this moment to congratulate the Task Force on the release of D0.1.  This document represents the efforts and hard work of this group of individuals for the last year and a half.   While still a work in progress, this first draft provides us with the basis for our future endeavor!
