[802.3_100GCU] Item 4: Timing MOM. 802.3bj Consensus Building Group - Channel Specifications

I just off the phone with Walter Katz, et al. He is concerned that a voltage only figure of merit for a channel specification is not sufficient.  Minimum operating margin (MOM) is being discussed as a voltage parameter in the consensus build group.  He suggests that a timing figure of merit is required as well.
