Thread-topic: 100GBASE-KP4 link training consensus building call

There will be a consensus building conference call on Monday, 10 September, from 12 PM Pacific until 2 PM Pacific to review the 100GBASE-KP4 link training presentation (comment #38).  The goal of this call is to review the idea and address any concerns prior to the interim meeting.
