Discussion on using Linear fit waveform for rise/fall?
* Action Item: Charles - first analysis of transition times from linear fit
Pattern discussion:
* Pavel Zivny and Will Bliss investigating pattern for RX test.
* Discussion on pattern selection
* Discussion to include FEC logic in RX test or not
* Discussion on reuse of distortion pattern for RX testing
Training pattern open items:
* Action Item: Training to data mode initialization with termination bits (Adee/Kent)
* Action Item: Training pattern seed structure changed based on partial state to full state pinning (Adee/Kent)
* Action Item: Example training frame sequence (Adee/Kent)

Signal levels method
* Pk-pk limit approach is different from Clause 93. (TBD)
* Discussion on lowering pk-pk diff output voltage to less 1200 mV
* Discussion on reducing nominal voltage to less than 800mV.

Linear Fit test pattern:
* Discussion on need to define the pattern. PRBS9 not used in KP4
