Dear all, here are revised minutes for the nov 29th meeting.  I’ve cleaned up the attendee list , and corrected the meeting number listed on the last page, to be consistent with the call in details below. Please send any comments by e-mail, though there will also be an opportunity during the Dec 13th call tomorrow.  I’ll send out an agenda later today.
