Reminder of Monday’s Ad Hoc meeting. We have a full agenda, so I will be
starting at 8am PST sharp! PRESENTERS: PLEASE GET ME YOUR PRESENTATIONS BY SUNDAY NOON PST, so participants can have a moment to look over them before the Ad Hoc. To ensure fairness and that all presenters get their time, I will need to enforce the schedule and keep Q&A limited to clarifications.
Offline consensus building will be necessary as we all lead up to the face-to-face meeting the following week. Announcing Ad Hoc meetings: Mondays Feb 5, 12, 19, and 26 – 8:00-10:00am PST Although we’ll have a lively discussion face-to-face this week, given the short cycle between January and March meetings, I would like to set up Ad Hoc meetings to make best use of that time.
