Hello All – Welcome to Vancouver! I apologize for doing this, especially since I only gave you the presentation order early this morning… however, after seeing the open plenary and discussing with Mark & John (other task force chairs), I believe it
is best to switch the order of topics as I had them planned for this week. You may see
mini agenda for more details OR take note that we will start tomorrow/Tuesday with Cu Cable and C2M. Cheers! ~Beth From: Elizabeth Kochuparambil (edonnay) Thank you for your patience! The presentation order is posted (although, the website is not yet re-ordered). Mike Li’s baseline presentation is also now posted. I’ll see many of you in a few hours! ~Beth From: Elizabeth Kochuparambil (edonnay) Hello Everyone – Many of you have started to look on your own, but in case you didn’t notice, the presentations are posted to the website. I still owe a presentation order (agenda) and the channel/tool data received. I’m working on
those today. http://www.ieee802.org/3/ck/public/19_03/index.html We meet face-to-face at 8am on Tuesday morning in the British conference room at the Fairmont. Safe travels to all and I’ll see you next week! ~Beth From: Elizabeth Kochuparambil (edonnay) <00000b6647231c5d-dmarc-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
It came to my attention that although I announced this in the Ad Hoc and briefly via the below email, I had not sent a specific email announcing our meeting… I’m announcing that the .3ck Task Force is meeting face-to-face for 2.5 days at the March Plenary the week of March 11th in Vancouver, BC, Canada. We have space booked for Tuesday 8am-6pm, Wednesday 8am-6pm, and Thursday 8am-noon
in the Fairmont hotel. Presentation requests are due THIS FRIDAY… March 1st AOE Presentation PDFs are due NEXT WEDNESDAY… March 6th at 5pm PST. Take note that although we will meet Thursday morning, you will not be able to record IMAT attendance until the Thursday Working group meeting in the afternoon. 3 days of attendance are required for credit of this plenary session (for
the purpose of WG voting rights). My apologies for the delay, if this is the first time you are getting this information! ~Beth From: Elizabeth Kochuparambil (edonnay) Hello Everyone and Happy Tuesday! I’ll be brief as I know that many are at DesignCon this week and others are preparing for Chinese Holiday next week. A few items to bring to your attention:
Have a splendid week! ~Beth From: Steven B. Carlson <scarlson@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>
